STORY OVERVIEW: Turning sixteen, Dusty is eager for his debut as one of the youngest stock car drivers in history. His first challenge: to qualify for the Wilkes 200 at North Carolina’s premiere speedway. Hard enough, under the best circumstances. And these are far from the best of circumstances. Dusty also has to help his parents, who work as “domestic covert agents.” Along the way, he stands up to a threat against his family, worries about Russian spies, and works to save the Governor of North Carolina from an unknown danger.
